We are hiring for a Bookkeeper in Mequon, WI. This role will be a balance between processing AP and AR for a successful mid-sized organization. You will report to the Controller and have autonomy to complete your work. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities :
Daily Cash Applications
Reconcile and send out invoices (AR)
Code and enter AP invoices into ERP System
Follow up on past due invoices via research and resolution
Requirements :
Two or more years experience processing accounts payable and receivable
Higher education desired but not required (i.e. Associate’s)
Comfortable working in QuickBooks Online
Detail oriented and self-motivated
