Business Immigration Consultant (Paralegal)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced employment-based immigration paralegal to join a well-regarded law firm. This firm offers work-life balance with a hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 from home. If you have prior immigration experience, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as client-facing liaison for all employment-based immigration matters.

• Prepare petitions and work with government agencies such as USCIS to ensure compliance.

• Oversee and communicate case status with clients and ensure deadlines are met.

• Keep up to date regarding changes in immigration policy.

• Support attorneys and clients with nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and the process.

• Working knowledge of H1-B, L1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, I-140s, AOS (Adjustment of Status).

• Assist with training new paralegals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.

• Prior experience within immigrant and nonimmigrant case preparation.

• 3 years of business immigration experience.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Ability to draft and proofread.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: Depending on Experience
