Business Solutions Analyst (Remote – U.S. Based)
Contract | 3 Years Minimum | $52 - $64 per hour
LHH is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst for our client, a government agency in Sacramento, CA. This fully remote contract role offers a minimum three-year engagement with the potential for two one-year extensions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, configuration, and implementation of a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with detailed planning, configuration, implementation, and testing of the EHR project, particularly for the Pilot Hospital in Coalinga.
Collaborate with clinical, technology, and administrative representatives to gather and configure business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, and transition requirements.
Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.
Act as a utility player across business functions to support multiple project needs.
Analyze and document business system requirements, ensuring seamless integration into project workflows.
Support project teams with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Minimum 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
At least 3 years of experience in business system analysis and design.
Experience working with EHR implementations or large-scale IT projects preferred.
Proficiency with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, or other collaboration/project management tools is highly desirable.
Strong ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred, though additional qualifying experience may be substituted.
Pay Range: $52 - $64 per hour (W2 contract)
Work Location: Fully Remote (Must be U.S.-based and available during Pacific Time hours)
Contract Length: Minimum 3 years, with potential two 1-year extensions
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday - Friday
