LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce a short-term contract opportunity for a Case Support Manager in sunny Costa Mesa! If you’re passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a supportive, administrative role, we want to hear from you!
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients in finding permanent housing by completing lease applications, applying for IDs (like Social Security Cards), and helping with applications for supplemental funds.
Meet clients in public areas like apartment viewings or local cafés—no office visits required!
Provide care coordination for our Garden Grove ERF program, offering targeted outreach services.
Support participants with case management needs, shelter referrals, and housing navigation assistance.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A compassionate approach to client support.
Prior experience in social services is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet clients in the community.
