LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Change Management Analyst for a 6 month contract position that could extend in San Rafael, CA. This is for a transportation and logistics company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities :
Supporting system implementations ensuring seamless transitions through well-documented processes, user training, and structured change management initiatives.
Create standardized process documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system implementations and operational workflows.
Assist in designing and delivering user training programs.
Assist in system rollouts by documenting workflows, participating in user testing, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Implement change management strategies, communication plans, and adoption tools to drive successful transitions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related experience and coursework required
3 years of experience in process documentation, training development, or system implementation support required
Experience with data management, process improvement, and data quality / audit and associated reporting required
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) preferred
