Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Lenexa, KS. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in Collections or customer service.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn $20.00 / hour. You will also be eligible for additional monthly bonuses based on your performance! Lastly, you will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package. (details below).
Responsibilities :
- Interfacing with customers over phone, e-mail, and chat
- Collecting outstanding payments (soft collections) and resolving outstanding account balances
- Providing excellent customer service
- Documenting customer interactions and outcomes in the database
- All other related tasks as required
