Job Title : Licensed Title Agent and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Location : Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Pay Range : $95,000 - $115,000 (depending upon experience)
Schedule : Onsite 3 days / week, Remote 2 days / week
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Pittsburgh law firm in search of a PA licensed title agent with commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate is a paralegal with their title agent license who has recently worked in a busy US law firm. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a hybrid schedule to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Typical Responsibilities :
Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
Coordinate commercial closings and post-closing activities
Order title and conduct research on title issues regarding commercial properties
Resolve title issues
Conduct ALTA surveys
Work with underwriters
Conduct document review of deeds, mortgages, and easements
Required Qualifications :
PA Licensed Title Agent
3 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience
Paralegal Certificate preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $95K - $115K, DOE
