Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Tampa
LHH Talent Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an AV-rated firm that represents sophisticated clients and offers a friendly, collegial work environment with excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for its Commercial Real Estate Department.
Position : Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Location : Fully Onsite, Tampa, FL
Salary : $65,000-$85,000 / year (aiming closer to $80,000 / year)
Responsibilities / Qualifications :
Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice.
Experience dealing with commercial lenders.
Experience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreements.
Experience in title and survey examination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, and analytical thinking.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Details / Benefits :
Office Hours : 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
Parking Stipend : $111.10 / month
