LHH is partnering with a client in the Ontario area for a Compensation and Benefits professional for a Direct Hire position.
Do you have great experience as a Compensation Analyst? Are you interested in expanding your experience and knowledge and growing into a Total Rewards professional?
In this role you will have the opportunity to manage, plan, and assess team member health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability programs, retirement plans, and other benefits plans.
Maybe you have experience in a prior role with benefits - administering or being the primary contact for employees? Maybe you have experience acting as the primary contact for vendors such as a third-party benefits vendor? These would all be great types of experience in addition to your Compensation Analyst experience.
Have you done Compensation Analysis? Merit pay and annual increases? Benchmarking? Research market rates in Compensation? Presented

Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred, experience in lieu accepted.
5 years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation & / or Benefits Administration
Experience in compensation is a must, interest in growing your knowledge of benefits administration is also must as this role will encompass both areas of HR.
Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
