LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Contract Administrator for a yearlong contract position that could extend in Arden Hills, MN. This is for a medical equipment manufacturing with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts.
Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Manages contract language, including updates to master terms & conditions
Assesses business risk and facilitates redline reviews with customers, including negotiations over requested legal language adjustments, additions or removals
Qualifications:
BA and 0 - 3 years related experience
Experience with Business Contract Language
Collaboration with Legal teams
Negotiating directly with customers and stakeholders
