Job Title: Contract Administrator I
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay Range: $25.57/hr to $36.65/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator I to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the entire contract administration process, including managing contracts in systems such as MNRC and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient contract management.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from creation to execution and renewal, ensuring all contracts are accurately documented and stored.
MNRC Expertise: Utilize MNRC for implementing new contracts and changes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for MNRC-related activities.
Service Cloud Utilization: Use Service Cloud to manage, track, and resolve contract-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with various departments such as Pricing, Contracting, IT, GBS, and Customer Service to ensure seamless contract administration. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements during team meetings.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain tracking systems for contract management.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on contract administration tools and processes, and assist in onboarding new team members.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or equivalent work experience.
1 year of contract administration experience.
Experience with Model-N MNRC, SAP, or similar revenue management solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with process improvement and project management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Model-N MNRC and Service Cloud.
