Job Title : In-House Contracts Attorney (Fully Remote)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Contracts Attorney to support our client\u2019s dynamic legal team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location within the United States and any time zone. (Occasional travel and availability in the PTZ will be required but not frequent.) The role is initially to provide coverage during a 10-month LOA, with the potential to transition to a permanent position based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review various business and service contracts, including MSAs, confidentiality agreements, purchasing agreements, terms and conditions, and product development agreements.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business actions and positions and provide professional advice and recommendations.
- Review and interpret new and existing laws, rulings, and regulations for the business.
- Oversee and manage contract negotiations with vendors and clients.
- Manage progress of work by outside counsel, including review of bills.
- Exhibit professional behavior with both internal and external business associates, reflecting positively on the company.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
