Cost Analyst

LHH is seeking a Cost Analyst II to join our team in Swiftwater, PA. This hybrid role is ideal for a finance professional with strong cost accounting expertise and pharmaceutical industry experience. You will play a key role in managing financial processes, system upgrades, and cost reporting while ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost accounting functions, including reporting, reconciliations, and coordination with production teams.

• Support the transition to a new SAP system, ensuring seamless data migration and integration.

• Prepare journal entries, cost reports, and financial statements while assisting with monthly closing and P&L reporting.

• Assist in budgeting, cost of goods computation, and variance analysis to drive financial efficiency.

• Provide analytical support for corporate accounting projects and ad hoc financial tasks.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of cost accounting experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or 5-10 years if not meeting degree requirements).

• Strong knowledge of standard costing and SAP tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate financial insights.

Pay Range: $43.75 - $48.25/hr

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)
