Counsel III

LHH Recruitment in partnership with a company in Waltham, MA is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney. This is a full time position, long term temporary assignment. It is hybrid.

Responsibilities

Assist with contract drafting and negotiation, title analysis and survey review

Drafting Commercial Leases, Licenses, Easements and other relevant documents

Manage third party property disputes

Assist with legal research and writing

Any other duties required of the role

Requirements

JD and licensed to practice in MA, NH, NY or VT

5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law

Experience in Environmental or Energy sector a plus

Pay Details : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
