Responsibilities
- Manages collection efforts and AR reporting
- Maintains credit files on customers including credit reviews
- Troubleshoots customer issues and discrepancies
- Manages customer accounts
- Assists with customer account set up including credit investigataion
- Maintains current procedures
- Manages holds / release customer orders
Qualifications
Skills
Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience as a Credit Specialist
Employment Type : $50,000
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite
