Overview : We are seeking a Temporary Customer Care Sales Associate to assist our sales team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling debits, credits, clearing deductions, and processing RMA's.
• Create and update spreadsheets for the customer service group using Excel.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives with daily back orders.
• Collaborate with the DP team on weekly reports.
• Review and update orders with comments and recovery dates based on Red Yellow Green Reports.
• Check orders for resourcing and available stock.
• Assist with escalations, uploads and communication.
• Help with standard work documents.
• Audit late shipment reports
• Handle credit / debit and RMA's.

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
