Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives on providing excellent service and solving problems? We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist ! This role offers the opportunity to interact with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls , emails, and chats professionally.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and product / service questions.
Process payments, refunds, and account updates with accuracy.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
What We’re Looking For :
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
Tech-savvy with experience using customer management software (CRM) preferred.
Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.40 per hour
