LHH has a well-known client in Pasco, WA who is looking for a Customer Service Rep on a contract opportunity!

Shift Days and Hours : 12 : 30PM - 8PM PST - Mon - Fri
Contract Type : 4 - 6 months - Temp to hire
Job Responsibilities :
- Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors
- Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
- Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
Skill Requirements : Minimum qualifications :
Preferred qualifications : Transportation experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay Details : $22.00 to $22.01 per hour
