Responsibilities
- Works with Accounting to ensure accurate customer billing
- Enters requests for billing corrections as needed
- Communicates about customer credit card payments, credit holds, etc.
- Takes orders from the customer and sales
- Enters data to create bills of landings for Operations
- Performs administrative duties including electronic filing, shipping and receiving of small parcel UPS
Qualifications
Skills
Experience : Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Employment Type : $21-$22 / hr
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite
