What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville that is looking to add a B2B Customer Service Representative to their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr. depending on experience. B2B experience is required and furniture industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage order process from start to finish for assigned territory of clients
Receive orders and enter into ERP
Verify specifications and communicate with production, purchasing, inventory, etc. to determine ship/delivery dates
Track order through to delivery
Act as first point of contact for any client questions, concerns, or issues and provide real time updates
Qualifications:
B2B customer service experience is required
Must have experience using an ERP, Oracle experience is preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
