This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high-volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
