Documentation Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Documentation Specialist for a goring client in the Financial Services industry. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all documentation related to equipment leasing transactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $45K and $55K annually.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and manage all leasing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and amendments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and related documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of documentation processes and procedures.
- Provide support and training to team members on documentation standards and best practices.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding documentation and leasing transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
