Job Description :
LHH is seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will :
Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
Administrative Duties : Perform tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing / disputing / processing invoices.
Operations Coordination : Work with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets and streamline operations.
SOP Development : Create and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.
Communication : Coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.
RGA Review : Ensure remade products are within company guidelines.
Staff Training : Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.
Project Assistance : Assist with projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including managing files and records.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
Ability to understand and analyze data effectively.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Training in Lewisville, TX for 2-3 months is mandatory before reporting to Garden Grove, CA.
Hours : 6-7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 or 4 : 00 PM (8 hours 1 hour lunch)
Language Preference : Simplified or Traditional Mandarin is acceptable.
Primary Responsibilities : Focus on reports, communication with the operations team in Texas, and international coordination.
Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
