Our client at LHH is looking for an Estimator to join their growing team,
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of cost estimation processes. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project managers.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Salary Range : $70-85k, plus annual and quarterly bonus
Medical, Dental and Vision
Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per hour
