LHH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager for our client to oversee the maintenance and operations of their business properties in Charlotte. The Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and efficiency of the spaces.
Key Responsibilities :
Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces.
Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
Ensure proper security measures for the workplace, collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.
Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, including delegating or completing maintenance orders.
Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and relevant staff.
Collaborate with upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.
Work closely with architects and engineers to establish requirements for construction projects.
Pick up and transport parcels, packages, and other deliverables.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule, and track assignments.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company or government regulations and contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing.
Qualifications / Certifications :
Candidate must be bonded.
CPR & First Aid certification.
OSHA Training.
Risk Management Training.
Lifting is required.
Experience in plumbing (2 years required), mechanical troubleshooting (2 years required), leadership (2 years required), and HVAC (1 year required).
Certified Facility Manager (preferred).
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
