What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk position at LHH Recruitment Solutions?
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk assist our client in Buckhead for a short term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee termination files, ensuring accurate transfer and logging of these files, and assisting with the integration of employee records into our current Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive employee termination files from retail and distribution locations.
- Transfer received termination files to storage boxes.
- Log and manifest received termination files, preparing them for storage pickup.
- Assist in transferring employees' electronic and / or hard copy personnel files to the current HCM system by moving electronic documents from a secured archive folder to the employees' profiles in the HCM system.
