LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company based in Berwyn , PA. We provide programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are in search of a Finance Manager.

Location : Berwyn, PA

Salary : $80-$90k

Fully onsite

Every day as the Finance Manager you will :

Review and analyze financial reports
Supervise accounting and finance staff
Manage financial operations in accordance with company policy
Support the Executive Director and Director of Finance / Administrative Services in strategic planning, development, and maintaining financial accountability

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required

At least five (5) years of financial-related experience including accounts payable, payroll, and managing client fund accounts and allowances

Supervision experience of financial staff

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with other departments

Experience with finance computer-based systems

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management

Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, adapt to changes in workload, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
