A prominent company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated FSQA Manager . This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in food safety and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Food Safety and Quality Assurance department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and ensure all food safety procedures and instructions are current and effective.
Lead the Food Safety Team, ensuring processes are established, implemented, and maintained.
Conduct hazard analyses and evaluate supplier food safety systems, monitoring and reporting on supplier performance.
Manage internal food safety audits, supervise corrective actions, and report on corrections at Management Review meetings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of quality, OSHA, and food safety requirements in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing a team.
Proficient in sanitation procedures and GMP / AIB requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
Project management skills and the ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
