LHH is seeking a Fraud Analyst with 2 years of experience in dispute resolution, fraud detection, and AML / BSA compliance. You'll handle disputed items, follow-ups, and member correspondence regarding disputes or ATO allegations.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and follow up on disputed items.
Send correspondence to members about disputes or ATO allegations.
Ensure compliance with Regulation E and Visa Zero Liability Rules.
Provide guidance on dispute items to staff and members.
Review files and reports to complete daily tasks.
Collaborate with partners to ensure effective systems and processes.
Pull reports to assist management with dispute status.
Manage strict deadlines and time-sensitive duties.
Maintain knowledge of department functions and guidelines.
Cross-train in Operations and Member Success functions.
Qualifications :
2 years in dispute resolution, fraud detection, and AML / BSA compliance.
Proficient in fraud detection software, transaction monitoring systems, or AML platforms.
Strong understanding of Regulation E and Visa Zero Liability Rules.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work with partners.
Pay Details : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
