LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction equipment organization in South Phoenix. This company is in search of a front office coordinator. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You must be comfortable sitting at the front desk to be considered for this role.
As the Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. You’ll be working directly at the front desk, helping manage office traffic, answering phone calls, assisting with basic administrative duties, and supporting the team with accounts payable tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Assist with processing accounts payable and related clerical tasks
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
- Provide support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred
- Some experience in accounts payable is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable sitting at the front desk and interacting with customers throughout the day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
