We are looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist in the North Miami area (Opa Locka) who is ready to take initiative and lead a small team for a private company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll, onboarding, hiring, and reporting for all employees
- Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits
- Assist with recruiting, orientation, and offboarding
- Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
- Responsible for understanding all employment law
- Work in very hands-on manner without delegating to others
Experience
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience and at least 5 total years of experience in Human Resources
Skills
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Payroll processing
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability
Work Type
- Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm
- Onsite
- Compensation: $70-80k/year
