LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce an upcoming opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist on behalf of our client in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated HR professional looking to contribute to a growing team and support a large-scale staffing initiative. While this position is not open yet we are excited to connect with top HR candidates in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations and provide support to staff.
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
