Human Resource Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator to join our client’s growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a Contract opportunity located in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire onboarding, including background checks, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation.
- Manage employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), and short-term disability.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Field employee inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all employee interactions.
- Utilize Paylocity (HRIS) to manage employee data, track time and attendance, and generate reports.
- Assist with payroll processing as needed.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay Details : $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
