Responsibilities :
- Full scope HR responsibilities including culture shaping, recruiting, employee engagement, training and development, benefits and compensation, etc.
- Partner with the company leadership to develop initiatives that bring employees together and moving toward the goals and profitability of the company
- Initiate creative recruitment strategies that will draw in new machining operators
- Develop process and procedure efficiencies and communicate HR information to the workforce
- Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives through coaching and education of managers and employees
- Advise leadership on employment laws and strategies related to employee situations
