Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual French / English)
LHH is seeking an HR Business Partner for a not for profit client in Montgomery County, Maryland. Enjoy 6 weeks PTO! As an HRBP, you will be a key player in delivering value-added Human Resources services and support, including benefits, FMLA, ADA and training. You will collaborate closely with department heads and ensure confidentiality is maintained. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to nurturing a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
8 years in Human Resources in an educational setting or nonprofit sector.
Proficiency in French and English.
Familiarity with US HR principles, employment legislation, and data protection laws.
Experience in ADP Workforce Now, preferred.
