Human Resources Coordinator
Washtenaw County, MI (100% onsite / 5 days a week)
60,000 to $70,000 annually
We are looking for an experienced corporate HR Coordinator with a strong background in full cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and capable of handling a high volume of requisitions, while maintaining internal manager relationships.
Must Haves / Mandatory :
Proven full cycle recruitment experience
Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions (50 per month)
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent skills in creating reports, analyzing data, and making action plans
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (UKG experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have / Preferred :
Industry experience in hospitality, food and beverage, and / or retail
Secondary spaces that can align, production / manufacturing & healthcare / medical
Experience in both high volume and strategic recruitment roles
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
Promote internal job openings and facilitate the application process for current associates
Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and community partnerships, to attract a diverse pool of external candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Train and follow-up with new hires and employees, while engaging managers and executives
