Typical Responsibilities Include:
Data entry and form completion
Scanning & digitizing confidential documents
Mail processing
File management
Supporting a team of immigration attorneys with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Related college degree, Paralegal certificate, or 6 months of law firm experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organized
Professional demeanor
Computer proficient
Able to start a new full-time position right away
Willingness to take screening assessments
Ability to furnish a writing sample after initial interview
Job Details:
Competitive hourly rate ($18.00/hour is not negotiable)
Hybrid schedule allowing 2 days WFH and 3 days onsite in downtown Pittsburgh
M-F schedule, must be available to work full-time during regular business hours
Long-term W2 temporary contractor role with LHH
Potential for conversion to direct hire
