LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a leading company in the healthcare device industry to find a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team on Long Island. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for those with healthcare device experience or knowledge. This role involves working to acquire new clients or renew existing ones, and making outbound calls. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities :
Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Work to acquire new clients and renew existing client contracts.
Make outbound calls using leads provided to engage with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Requirements :
At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare device industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note : This position does offer a commission structure on top of base pay.
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Monday through Friday

Pay Details : $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
