Position : Intake Specialist
Location : San Diego, CA (On-site)
Schedule : Wednesday-Sunday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm or 9 : 30am to 6 : 00pm, with flexibility to work on holidays if needed.
Compensation : $24.00-$27.00 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, conducting comprehensive intake interviews.
- Assess leads based on specific criteria and qualify them accordingly.
- Facilitate the signing process for new clients by sending retainers and providing guidance.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through various communication channels.
- Communicate the firm's values and advantages to potential clients.
- Keep detailed records and follow-up plans in the CRM system.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
