LHH is working with a Healthcare System based in Midtown Manhattan who is looking to hire an IT Hardware Support Analyst to join their staff for a 4 month project. The role will be primarily on-site and require travel to their clinics / hospitals in the NYC area.
Requires relevant working exp (2 years), and needs knowledge of hardware and software of Windows 10 / 11, VDI, Tablets, phones, printers.
Provide support to 1000 users techs with positive attitude, team players, independent, able to provide support to users on on their software and hardware.
Break fix issues on Windows 10 desktop, laptops, VDI, phones .
Note : Onboarding can take up to 4 to 6 weeks because of the SCR. The role will travel to other locations which are within reasonable distance.
Mon-Fri 8 : 30a-5p WEEKENDS when required.
Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
