Job Summary :
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team located in Newark, DE . The ideal candidate will support the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements, contributing to the success of organizational projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, refine workflows, and support system implementations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred (fields of Business, Accounting, Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, Organizational Development, etc.). PMP / CAPM certification is a plus.
5–8 years of relatable high-level professional experience (if no degree).
Proficient in technical tools, including Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Co-Pilot.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
Support the development of functional and technical specifications.
Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Identify and document project risks and issues.
Collaborate on developing and testing new systems or enhancements.
Prepare training materials and user documentation.
Provide user support during system implementation and post-implementation.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
