LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce a partnership with a leading Fortune 500 company in their search for Junior Financial Analysts. These positions are based in Lawrenceville, NJ area and will require onsite presence at their New Jersey offices.

Contract length : up to 12 months
Pay : $21-24 / hr.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, supporting various financial transactions, reports, and analyses while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process routine financial transactions, including trade processing, payment processing, data entry, and report generation, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making for internal teams and external clients.
- Deliver timely, professional, and effective service to internal business partners and external clients, assisting with financial inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure all financial activities comply fully with IRS rules, regulations, and internal policies.

Pay Details : $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
