LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be working with a national company headquartered in the Vancouver, WA for a Direct Hire Leave of Absence Specialist. You will get to work with a collaborative team and for a company that provides services to support people. We are looking for :
- 2 years of in-house leave management
- Experience with FMLA, PFML, ADA, and other state leaves
- Manage and administer employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policy
- Generate appropriate documentation for leave requests and communicate with employees and managers regarding the process
- Guide FMLA, PFML, ADA, and other state or federal employee leaves of absence
- Prepare and send legally required notices to employees regarding their leave status
- Provide training and education to managers on leave policies and benefits information
- Maintain confidential leave of absence files and sensitive HR information
