Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal assistance in insurance defense matters
Maintain accurate records and manage case files
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, depositions, and hearings
Draft legal correspondence, motions, and other documents
Prepare and organize discovery materials
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
Ensure timely filings with courts and other legal entities
Assist attorneys in managing daily schedules and case management tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Assistant, specifically in Insurance Defense
Strong background in heavy scheduling
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
$65,000-$70,000/yr.
