A law firm in the Naples Florida area is looking for a Trust and Estates Planning Legal Assistant with 5 years of experience. This role will involve supporting the Attorneys with assisting the clients with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities :
Client relationships by familiarizing themselves with cases
Aid in client meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel
Mail, correspondence, and document management (copying, faxing, scanning)
Documents for mailing / delivery and understanding filing procedures
Paperwork to open new client files and maintain current files
Timekeeping, billing edits, and expense reports
Update clients contact information and logs client / matter numbers
Support other administrative assistants as needed
Requirements :
5 years of experience
High School education or equivalent office experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Trust & Estates documents
Detailed and excellent organizational skills
Interpersonal skills and professional appearance / demeanor
Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
