LHH is working with a Healthcare company based in Greensboro, NC who is looking to hire an Instructional Designer for a 6 month project (could extend up to 18 months). The role will require 100% onsite. Candidates MUST be local to Greensboro or Raleigh-Durham to be considered (or can easily relocate).
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Instructional Design experience. Candidates should have experience building curricula / content design. ERP or EHR is experience is preferred.
REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years related experience (OR Associates Degree 8 years of relevant experience )
- Proven track record of academic and or professional success.
- Public speaking experience with the ability to inspire others.
- Superior analytical, problem solving, research and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in the use of a computer for tasks such as creating and evaluating workflow diagrams, testing, creating documentation, etc.
- Ability to write clear, concise and effective training materials.
- Demonstrated experience providing professional services or products that require advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
