Job Title : Loan Processor
Location : Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA
Our client, a non-profit community developer and affordable housing provider, is seeking a highly motivated Loan Processor to join their team. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Lending, the Loan Processor will be responsible for the timely processing of real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, track, and maintain all loans in process.
- Serve as the point person in communications and interactions with loan clients.
- Review and submit loans to financial partners as required according to departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with fair lending, equal opportunity, and federal truth in lending laws.
- Maintain working knowledge of current lending industry regulations and standards.
- Utilize applicable software tracking programs to accurately enter and retrieve information.
- Monitor detailed loan transactions and loan servicing records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, clients, and lending partners.
- Meet deadlines on reports and other tasks related to processing and servicing loans.
