LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Logistics Account Manager for our client.??Your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and nurture strong relationships with your assigned clients. This role involves managing a client portfolio with a focus on customer satisfaction, excelling under pressure, and proactively addressing issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main contact for your assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Negotiate prices and make strategic financial decisions.
- Meet monthly account goals and expand accounts when possible.
- Independently identify and resolve problems.
- Create shipments in the TMS and arrange appointments.
- Communicate updates promptly and accurately.
- Obtain proof of deliveries as required.
Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
