Medical Receptionist - San Diego, CA

LHH is teaming up with a national healthcare organization to recruit a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to support several medical clinics in Central and East San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the medical field and gain experience in various healthcare areas.

Primary Responsibilities :
Warmly welcome patients and staff as they enter the facility.
Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments both over the phone and in person.
Collect insurance details and identification cards.
Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
Review, organize, and file both paper and electronic medical records.
Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
At least two years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Work Schedule :
40 hours per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
Must be available between 6 : 30 am – 10 : 30 pm
Weekends required
Compensation :
Pay rate : $23.42 per hour

San Diego - Clairemont, Kearny Mesa, Point Loma, La Mesa, El Cajon
