Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rockville, MD. This role is fully onsite and offers a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must pass a basic math and spelling test.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen, including THC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite from 9am to 5pm and maintain punctuality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information:
This is a contract to hire position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
